Schedule 1 Player Discovers Potential New Property Coming in Future Update

Summary
- A Schedule 1 player has discovered a new property that may become available in a future update.
- The newly discovered building has a “For Sale” sign hidden underneath it, which prices the property at $50,000.
- The giant building has four bedrooms upstairs and two larger rooms downstairs.
A Schedule 1 player has seemingly discovered a new property that may become available in-game as part of a future content update. Currently, Schedule 1 features five different properties for players to buy, each of which varies in size and cost between $75 and $50,000. While the game’s solo developer has yet to confirm if new properties will be added in future patches, one fan has discovered evidence that suggests more properties are in the works.
Despite being created by a solo developer, Schedule 1 has been a smash hit on Steam. The popular indie game is still in early access, but it has already managed to break its way into the Steam charts and become one of the most-played games on the platform. While heavy hitters such as Dota 2, PUBG: Battlegrounds, and Counter-Strike 2 continue to dominate, Schedule 1 isn’t far behind, sitting comfortably in fourth position of most-played games by concurrent users. In a short span of time, Schedule 1 has built a thriving community that is eager to see more content and general improvements make their way to the game. Thankfully, Schedule 1‘s solo developer is committed to doing just that.

Schedule 1 Player Discovers Potential New Property
There are currently a handful of properties available to purchase in Schedule 1, but it looks like more could be on the way. In a new post on Reddit, user Toulow brought attention to the fact that there is a building currently in the game which has a “For Sale” sign attached to it. However, it appears to have gone undiscovered since the game’s launch, as the sign is underneath the property and can only be viewed when going into free cam mode. The user noted that the sign currently advertises the property for $50,000, but many believe the price should be massively increased by the time it is released, especially due to the sheer size of the building.
When entering free mode, which can be done using the Schedule 1 console commands, the player discovered that the property has four bedrooms on the first floor and two very large rooms on the ground floor. As of right now, it’s unclear if this property is planned to be released in a future update or if it is merely leftover content that the developer scrapped.
If the property is released in a future Schedule 1 update, fans hope to see the price increase rather dramatically. Reddit user Paulioc420 said that it “should cost $1 million+” as they need a more expensive goal to reach. Fellow user LeFrogKid also noted that the price for Taco Ticklers can be seen in the loading screen for $20,000 but in-game it is actually $50,000, so they “wouldn’t be surprised” to see this newly discovered property cost more than what it is currently listed as.
The game’s latest patch, released on April 10, added many new in-game decorations, the ability to sell items at the Pawn Shop, and more. However, it could be a while until more content is added to the game, as Tyler (Schedule 1‘s sole developer) has stated that he intends to focus on improving the game’s optimization in order to make Schedule 1 Steam Deck verified. The title is currently playable on Valve’s handheld device but has a few issues preventing it from being officially supported.
