SIGIL 2 was originally released back in 2023 as a free add-on for DOOM, having been developed by legendary game designer, John Romero. The original SIGIL was already part of the DOOM and DOOM 2 collection, and it has now been joined by its sequel in this latest update.

Despite launching over three decades ago, updates continue to be made for DOOM and its sequel. Most recently, DOOM and DOOM 2 added multiplayer mod support back in January, showing that there’s still life in these titles yet. It’s interesting to see how players continue to revisit the classics, changing them up with a variety of new mods. SIGIL II

SIGIL II is now officially included as part of the DOOM + DOOM II package. It is available from the game select menu at startup. Note: Save games from the Mods version are not compatible with the officially included version. However, the existing Mods version will remain online to users subscribed to it.
