Star Rail Leak Teases Next Character After Fate Collab

A new leak from Honkai: Star Rail is hinting at the Element of one of the first playable characters set to release following the game’s highly-anticipated collaboration with Fate/Stay Night. The sci-fi RPG from HoYoverse has added a plethora of new characters since the launch of its newest playable world of Amphoreus, introducing several new mechanics to the game. The new Remembrance Path added “Memosprites” as its core gimmick, revolving around powerful summons that can assist in both dealing damage and providing buffs. Now, one of the game’s next characters is being teased.

One of the most highly-anticipated events for many fans of Honkai: Star Rail‘s Amphoreus has been the long-awaited Fate/Stay Night crossover. HoYoverse officially revealed last year that the sci-fi RPG would be teaming up with the iconic Japanese multimedia franchise, with rumors heavily suggesting that both Saber and Archer will become playable. Recent leaks have even hinted at the release window for the collaboration, believed to be arriving during the Version 3.4 update. A new leak, however, is giving an idea of what will come after the collab.

Honkai: Star Rail Leak Hints at Upcoming Character’s Element

A recent update shared by prominent HoYoverse leaker Sakura Haven is hinting at one of the next characters coming after Honkai: Star Rail‘s Fate collab. According to the leak, following the release of Phainon and the Fate/Stay Night crossover, one of the next characters coming to Star Rail will be debuting as an Ice Element character. The post does not give any confirmation about who the next Star Rail character will be, nor does it give any information about the rumored character’s Path. Given previous leaks, however, the unnamed Ice character is not expected to be released within Star Rail‘s next two updates.

Honkai: Star Rail looks to have a plethora of exciting characters set to join the roster throughout its next few updates. HoYoverse has already confirmed Hyacine and Cipher as the two new playable five-star units coming to the game during the Version 3.3 update, with leaks also hinting at re-runs for The Herta and Aglaea. Version 3.4 is expected to welcome not only the previously-mentioned Fate/Stay Night collaboration, but also Phainon to the playable cast.

HoYoverse is rumored to be making multiple changes to Honkai: Star Rail in the near future beyond its expanding cast of characters. The Memory of Chaos game mode will reportedly receive a major buff during Version 3.3, seeing the endgame challenge’s highest floors boasting even more powerful enemies. The RPG is also heavily rumored to be adding a new Weekly Boss during Version 3.3, alongside a refresh to the game’s Battle Pass in Version 3.4. Honkai: Star Rail fans should have lots to look forward to from the sci-fi RPG coming soon.
