Grand Prix follows the traditional cup format with four‐track cups and point‑based scoring, while Knockout Tour introduces an elimination‑style tournament across multiple courses with low‑placing racers dropped at checkpoints. Those who prefer to drive around stress-free can enjoy Mario Kart World’s open world in Free Roam as they try to unlock its secrets.
