Deliverance 2 Releases New Update for April 2025

Warhorse Studios has released patch notes for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s major 1.2.4 update, which has added a Hardcore mode and other features to the RPG. An unfinished version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2‘s Hardcore Mode was accidentally made available to players previously, but Warhorse Studios has now released the final version of the highly anticipated game mode.

While the popular RPG has become known for its realism, some fans recently pointed out that Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 doesn’t have any children in it. Warhorse Studios commented that the lack of children was an intentional choice to avoid any kind of ethical or PR issues. Some fans claimed that the lack of kids ruined the sense of immersion while in towns, but many understood the choice and even agreed with it.

Warhorse Studios has released the patch notes for its major 1.2.4 April 2025 update, which has added a Hardcore Mode to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. The mode allows players to engage with the game in a whole new way, offering a tougher experience to those looking for a challenge. At the beginning of the game, fans will need to choose three negative perks to add to Henry, which will undoubtedly hinder their success in some areas. Fast travel is also taken off the table, meaning Henry will need to move through the world in real-time with no way of cutting down on travel time.
